Her career spans both large-scale recruiting organizations and boutique firms, giving her a well-rounded perspective on delivering high-impact hiring solutions.

Jessica began her career in technical recruiting before transitioning into hospital-based sales, where she led EMR implementation initiatives. It was there that she developed a deep appreciation for the direct impact healthcare innovation and talent have on patient outcomes and clinical success.

Driven by a passion for the industry, Jessica founded her firm to elevate the recruiting experience.
